Community Services Program Manager
Responsible for planning, guidance, monitoring, and supervision of Community Services staff as well as efficient and effective operations of the programs. Preparation of grant applications and program budgets for review and/or submission. Financial administration of various Community Services grants/programs.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology or other human services applicable field from an accredited college or university. Two years of work experience providing case management or client outreach services. One year of experience supervising staff or a small team of case managers, preferred.
Social Work license preferred. ROMA Certification - training provided and completed after hire if not currently trained.
