ERRP (Emergency Repair & Replace Program) Manager will be responsible for the oversight, daily operations, and administration of the Emergency Repair & Replace Program within our designated counties. Build and maintain positive relationships with WV DHHR, WV CAD, and other funding sources. Develop a network of contractors and inspect all work completed to ensure all work performed is efficient, neat, professional, and safe. Maintain a working knowledge of North Central WV Community Action’s employee guidelines, HR, and accounting policies and procedures. Work with North Central’s Weatherization program to ensure clients receive the benefits of both programs.
Work hours as assigned by the Weatherization Coordinator; safe driving record; Criminal Background Check; Protective Services Record Check. Must be able to organize, communicate, work safely and efficiently under pressure. Attend all meetings/trainings to keep current on all federal/state/local codes, regulations, policies, and procedures. General knowledge of HVAC equipment and tools; basic computer skills.
High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. Accurate record keeping and reporting skills; oral and written communication skills; ability to follow detailed instructions; ability to work without direct supervision; ability to read, understand, and follow safety regulations.
While performing the duties of this job, employees are occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, crawl, use hands, drive an automobile, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to fifty pounds. This work will occasionally require work in tight spaces such as crawlspaces and attics.
