Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining facilities which comply with the West Virginia Department of Health Regulations, West Virginia Fire Safety Regulations and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Regulations.

Education Experience

High School Diploma or GED

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, drive an automobile, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements, Skills, Responsibilities

Work hours as assigned by immediate Supervisor; must be available to travel within the eight-county area; evening/weekend hours and overnight travel as needed. Valid driver's license; vehicle with adequate insurance coverage for on-the-job use; safe driving record; State and Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal History Check; Sex Offender Registry Check; Protective Services Record Check; initial Health Assessment and required updates; prior to hire TB Risk Assessment or TB screening by Mantoux method; CPR/FA Card; applicable Health and Safety training. Knowledge and skills in the application of principles and practices used for advanced custodial duties. Minimum of six (6) months experience preferred in painting, floor care, etc.
