Responsible for providing program support for the Central Office staff. Perform a variety of complex, responsible and confidential programmatic duties requiring a thorough knowledge of organizational procedures and precedents.
Minimum of a High School Diploma plus five years of office and/or clerical experience. Associate Degree in Business or related field plus three years of office and /or clerical experience preferred.
Typical work hours Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00 p.m. unless 4 day/10 hour schedule is approved; overnight travel as needed; valid driver’s license; vehicle with adequate insurance coverage for on the job use; safe driving record; State and Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal History Check; Sex Offender Registry Check; Protective Services Record Check; initial Health Assessment and required updates; prior to hire TB Risk Assessment or TB screening by Mantoux method and thereafter as applicable; first aid card; food handlers card, and CPR card.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, drive an automobile, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 15 pounds.
