We will verify employment, utility history, and rental history. A criminal background check and credit report are also required. The screening and verification process is used for every applicant the same way—fairly, consistently, and uniformly. We work every diligently to observe both the spirit and the letter of the fair housing laws—not just because they are the law of the land, but because we sincerely believe, personally and as a company, in fair housing and equal opportunity for everyone. An applicant who passes the eligibility process will be notified in writing, when a suitable apartment becomes available. An applicant who does not meet the eligibility guidelines will not be considered as a potential tenant. By making an application for an apartment at any of our locations, you acknowledge that these checks and verifications will be completed, and give your permission for us to do so. Eligible applicants chosen to become tenants will be required to submit a security deposit and key deposit prior to becoming a tenant. Please completely fill in your application.
