Mission Statement
North Central West Virginia Community Action Association, Inc., is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families reach their highest levels of social and economic independence, while assisting communities to become stronger partners.
Collaborating with local, state, and national agencies, we provide a broad range of direct anti-poverty services for moderate to low-income customers and their communities. We maintain an on-going commitment to reduce the effects of poverty and to empower individuals, families, and communities to meet the challenges of today and the changes of tomorrow.

- All customers shall receive prompt and courteous service.
- All customers shall be treated with respect.
- All customers shall receive fair and equitable treatment.
- Funds and services shall be expended according to Federal and State Rules and Regulations, and Agency Policies.
- All customers’ information shall be kept confidential. When a customer provides us with personal information, we will not share that information with any external organization unless we are required to by our funding sources or by law, or with the customer’s written permission. NCWVCAA has the highest regard for customer privacy.
- Complaints will be addressed and resolved promptly.
If a customer feels he or she has been treated unfairly or denied services, he/she has the right to contact the CSBG Director at 304-363-2170 ext. 137.
